Emergency feeding mission

A Wyoming National Guard C-130 Hercules from Cheyenne prepares to depart Jan. 3 from Pueblo, Colo., after being loaded with six one-ton bales of hay. The hay is intended for cattle stranded by a winter storm in southeastern Colorado. The aircraft was loaded in the evening after the last drop of the first day so it would be ready to go early on the second day. It would land again at Pueblo for more missions and drops as time and weather permitted. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Master Sgt. John Rohrer)
