Jeffrey Storey promoted to Colonel Published April 26, 2010 Wyoming Military Department CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- Jeffrey Storey, of Cheyenne, was promoted to Colonel in the Wyoming Air National Guard on April 6. Storey is the state air surgeon with the Wyoming Joint Force Headquarters. Storey has been a member of the Wyoming National Guard for 16 years. Besides serving in the Wyoming National Guard, he is a doctor in Cheyenne at the Cheyenne Women's Clinic.
