Tunisia
RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- (Left to right) Capt. Terrence Kilgore, Air Force Liaison Officer with the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia, reviews exercise plans with Tunisian Forces Col. Khaled Lamine and Lt. Col. Khaled Baltage. The three were taking part in a recent planning conference here for a medical and disaster response exercise being coordinated by 17th Air Force (Air Forces Africa). The exercise, which takes place in April, will include participation from the Wyoming and Nevada Air National Guards. Wyoming enjoys a state partnership with Tunisia, and this is the sixth time the two partners have collaborated on disaster or medical response exercises. As the air component for U.S. Africa Command, 17th AF has been designated that lead component for the exercise. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Jim Fisher)
