Wyoming National Guard receives new State Command Chief
Chief Master Sgt. William G. Whipple became the seventh command chief master sergeant to the adjutant general of Wyoming, assuming authority from Chief Master Sgt. Ralph D. Hensala at a ceremony conducted at the Joint Forces Readiness Center in Cheyenne, Wyo., Aug. 3, 2013. Whipple is responsible for all affairs concerned with enlisted personnel of the Wyoming Air National Guard. He also serves as the senior enlisted leader to the chief of the joint staff.
