Callahan promoted to staff sergeant Published Sept. 29, 2016 CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- Kristina Callahan of Cheyenne, Wyoming was promoted to staff sergeant in the Wyoming Air National Guard on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016. Callahan is a personnelist with the 153rd Maintenance Group and has been a member of the Wyoming Air National Guard for four years. She previously held the position of budget analyst in the 153rd Maintenance Operations Flight.
